Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the fit like of the textured bowling shirt?

The textured bowling shirt has a relaxed, boxy fit with dropped shoulders, giving it an easy and versatile silhouette. It’s designed to feel effortless whether you wear it buttoned up or layered open.

Is the fabric breathable and low-maintenance?

Yes, the jacquard fabric is lightweight yet textured, making it breathable for everyday wear while also holding its shape well. It doesn’t wrinkle easily, so it stays sharp without needing extra care.

Can it be worn formally?

Yes, the rich jacquard texture gives it a slightly elevated edge, so you can dress it up with trousers for a semi-formal look or keep it casual with denim/shorts.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders within India can't be cancelled once placed. If you need to change something, reach out within 12 hours of ordering by DM on Instagram or at contact@dvrzi.in and we'll do our best to help before it ships. International orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped; just email us at contact@dvrzi.in.

How long will delivery take and how can I track my order?

Orders usually reach you within 3–7 working days depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking link so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking. For your convenience, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.

Do you offer free returns? How long does it take to process?

Within India, returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@dvrzi.in. Once we receive the product back, full-price items are refunded to the original payment method within 7 days. Sale items are eligible for store credit only, issued for the amount paid, and are not refundable to the original payment method. International orders are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged, except for damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 7 days of delivery.

I’m not sure about my size- can you help?

Of course! Our Size Recommender makes it easy — just enter your height and weight, and it’ll suggest the best fit based on DVRZI’s sizing standards. You can also check out our size charts, available for both body measurements and garment measurements, to make sure you pick what feels right for you.

Will the fabric bleed, shrink, or fade?

Nope! All our fabrics go through strict testing for colorfastness and durability. You can expect your piece to hold its shape and color, wash after wash.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces make a comeback, while others are limited editions and won’t return. If you’ve got your eye on something, we’d suggest grabbing it before it’s gone!
