Refund policy
RETURN / EXCHANGE – Terms and Conditions:
Customers can return the order within 10 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
We reserve the right not to accept the return of products which: (i) We believe are being returned after use, washed, or soiled, or
(ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
If you have received a damaged product, send us images at contact@dvrzi.in, and we will get back to you. Customers can place a return request through email within 10 days of delivery. Once the product is received by us, we will process the refund within 7 days. Please ensure that while returning the product, the packaging is intact, as it was delivered.
If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the payment method used for the transaction within 7 days after receiving the product.

DVRZI Return and Exchange Policy

Customers must contact DVRZI’s customer service team via email contact@dvrzi.in within 10 days of product delivery. Once the product is received by us, we will process the refund within 7 days. DVRZI will be responsible for covering return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.

Customers may choose to receive a full refund credited to the payment method used for the transaction. Subject to product availability, we will issue the refund promptly.
