Shipping Information
Please allow 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Orders within India cannot be modified or cancelled once placed. International orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process. DVRZI does not ship on weekends or major holidays. All orders ship from New Delhi.
Order Processing
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam email folder.
Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In this case, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information enclosed.
Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods.
Shipping Within India
Orders of ₹1,200 and above get free standard shipping. Orders below ₹1,200 have a flat shipping charge of ₹70. The order value is calculated after discounts are applied. Standard delivery within India takes up to 7 days.
International Shipping
DVRZI ships worldwide. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. International shipping charges depend on the destination country and the weight of your order, and are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient. DVRZI is not responsible for delays caused by customs. If a package is refused because of unpaid duties or taxes, the shipping charges are non-refundable.
All international orders are shipped via third-party couriers with tracking. Shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for the 24-hour order processing window. Please reach out to contact@dvrzi.in with any questions about international shipping.
